Description
The Spring Equinox is a time of celebrating the freshness of life and of taking the time to raise our energy, regenerate abundance and manifest our dreams. As we shift into this season we are welcomed by the blossoming of new life & experience a renewal within ourselves too. Join us as we settle into the creative energies of spring with a Sound Bath & Earth mandala ceremony.
Using a wide variety of ancient sound healing instruments including crystal singing bowls, hand drum, shruti box, voice, chimes and more, Morgan will create a sound healing experience that will vibrate and activate every cell in your body, leaving you feeling relaxed, restored, and reset.
Bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket & anything else you may need to be comfortable. Enjoy intention journaling + an earth mandala-making ceremony before the sound bath.
Please arrive no later than 6:00pm; Ceremony will begin at 6:05pm. Spots are limited, so registering in advance is required. PLEASE NOTE: Restrooms / access to the museum will NOT be available.
About Morgan McManus
After becoming a certified yoga teacher in 2020, Morgan McManus felt called to connect her music background with yogic principles. She earned a sound healing therapy certification in 2021 from Barbra Spaulding, a master sound healer and clinical sound therapist. By understanding harmonics, brainwave entrainment, and cymatics, Morgan’s passions for music blossomed into the intuitive healing services she provides today.
