Friday, Sept. 13, 2024 | 11:00am - 1:00pm
With instruction from professional Florida fine artist William Lurcott, participants will learn beginner-friendly dry pastel techniques to create their own original artwork. Afterward, the group will enjoy a free Publix sub or salad lunch. All supplies are provided, and no previous art experience is required.
This FREE program is ONLY open to veterans and current service members.

About the Instructor:
Self-taught Florida artist William Lurcott's artistic skills developed as he traveled, worked, and lived aboard various sailboats for 14 years. With collections in corporate and private companies, William's works range in mediums from oils, acrylics, and watercolors to dry pastels, and have won awards nationally and internationally. Commissioned and gallery-represented, William loves to share his techniques with others. Today, his artworks highlight Florida landscapes and marsh scenes, bringing an impressionistic perspective of nature into view
