This FREE program is open to all U.S. veterans and active duty personnel. A spouse or other family member (age 16 or older) may take the workshop with their military member, but all participants must register in advance.
Registration will close when workshop is full.
About Diamond Johnson, Curator of Youth & Outreach Programs
"My love for art began in Fayetteville, North Carolina, as I perused landscape painting as a child. My love for nature grew during high school as I obsessively photographed various islands throughout Japan. My love for our community heightened after my experiences as an art educator, Meals on Wheels coordinator, VPK volunteer, and art gallery assistant. As a daughter of a US Army 82nd Airborne veteran, I am so honored and grateful to work with the Ormond Memorial Art Museum & Gardens. Their mission and impact within our community inspire me to create and share positive experiences with Volusia County, and beyond!"
