Join us for a tour of OMAM’s Malcolm Fraser Permanent Collection with Senior Curator Kristin Heron, followed by a sound bath in the beautiful second floor boardroom that overlooks the museum gardens.
In this sound bath session, everyone will be invited to sit in meditation at the beginning to set intentions and ground before journeying into an immersive sound bath. Practitioner Kyrsten Sinclair uses a combination of sounds including 432 hz crystal quarts bowls, drums, animal calls, and singing. The sound bath will be followed with a complimentary hot tea.
About Kyrsten Sinclair
"For most of my life, I have found passion in music. Through the years I had been in chorus and eventually discovered the technique of singing bowls. My interest in singing bowls lead me to doing sound baths for over two years in New York City. Not only has music been a passion, but it has also been a very healing tool for me in my spiritual path."
