Join us for a sound bath in the beautiful second floor boardroom that overlooks the museum gardens. The session, will be followed with a complimentary hot tea.
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat or cushion to sit on and anything else you’d like to feel comfortable (pillow, blanket, etc). Chairs are also available in the boardroom.
About Morgan McManus
Morgan has been sharing Sound Healing ceremonies with the community since 2021, after receiving her Sound Healing Therapy Certification from clinical sound therapist Barbara Spaulding, RN, BSN. Through her passion for performing music as a local musician and her yoga teaching career, this medium allows her to combine her offerings in a unique and effective way. Morgan’s focus with this offering is to share the blissful benefits of using sound as a vessel for mindfulness and cultivating peace.
