Explore OMAM’s garden oasis and learn about the native and exotic plants and water features on an exclusive garden tour with OMAM’s Garden Artisan, Janett Taylor. After the tour, take a moment to enjoy the serene sounds of nature and walk the labyrinth inside the garden gazebo. Afterward, the group will enjoy a free Publix sub or salad lunch inside the museum.

This FREE program is ONLY open to veterans and current service members.

About the Presenter:

Janett Van Wicklen Taylor has tended OMAM's gardens for more than four decades. With her extensive knowledge and passion for the gardens, Janett creates and maintains this beautiful and intimate oasis that delights visitors every day. She welcomes and works with garden volunteers on Tuesday mornings from 10 am to 12 noon. The greenhouse, where plants are stored, started and propagated, was created with the Garden Club of the Halifax Country and is named in Janett's honor.
