This month’s Art of Healing is a unique experience where music and motion unite. Through guided vocal expressions, Alexandrea will lead participants in gentle, up-and-down swaying hand movements that reflect the vibrational frequencies of each song. This class invites you to connect with your own inner rhythm and create spontaneous visual art inspired by sound. No art or music experience is necessary — just a willingness to feel and flow. Come for healing, expression, and a creative journey through vibration.

Art of Healing is open to anyone (ages 16 & up) in need of reflective time, including caregivers, survivors, and those who have lost a loved one. The art outreach program is free, but requires participants to register in advance.
