Grand Finale ~ Edith Head Fashion Experience

The closing event for Once Upon a Time: The 1940s will be a theatrical presentation featuring actress Susan Claassen as legendary Hollywood costume designer Edith Head. Wearing Dior, Chanel and more, models will bring period fashion to life — from smart daywear to military uniforms to glamorous gowns.

Raising critical funds to support the museum's mission, this ticketed-event ends the five-week, interactive experience honoring a transformative era through art, fashion, collectibles, and performance.

TIMELINE OF EVENTS

5:00 to 6:30pm: Red Carpet Arrivals & Check-In

• Social hour featuring fun photo opportunities, complimentary appetizers, and a cash bar for beer, wine, cocktails, mocktails, and soda.
• It's also your last chance to check out our 1940s exhibit.
• Seating will be available outside in the Granada Pavilion Courtyard and inside the Silent Auction Lounge. 

6:30pm: Silent Auction Closes & The Rooftop Opens

• Ticketed guests will be able to head upstairs and choose their seat within their section (General or VIP).
• Enjoy complimentary hot coffee, hot tea, and sweet treats. A cash bar will be open for beer, wine, cocktails, mocktails, and soda. 

At 7:00pm: The Edith Head Fashion Experience begins!

• After the fashion show (around 8ish), live music begins and the dance floor opens! 

Starting at 8:45pm:

• Winning auction items can be picked up downstairs.
