Join a contemplative walk through the garden and look for fractals, spirals, and repeating patterns in leaves, branches, shells, and natural textures. Viewing natural fractal patterns has been shown to reduce stress by up to 60%, as well as increase creativity by 60%.
Participants will learn:
- How to recognize fractals and patterns in nature
- Why the brain responds positively to these shapes
- How mindful walking can deepen presence, creativity, and spiritual awareness


About the Instructor
Deb Gregory is a spiritual director with a specialization in Ignatian spirituality, a trained labyrinth facilitator, and the author of Spiritual Wayfinding: 33 Walking Meditations for Navigation Life with Embodied Wisdom. She leads mindful walking programs and retreats that bridge ancient wisdom and modern neuroscience.
