Art of Healing Workshop: Chain of Gratitude
Summary
Learn a new take on practicing gratitude in this fun workshop where we will track your gratitude to its source. First, we’ll complete a creative exercise and then translate your findings into a beautiful piece of 3-D paper wall art. No art experience is needed and all supplies are provided. Art of Healing is open to anyone (ages 16 & up) in need of reflective time, including caregivers, survivors, and those who have lost a loved one. The art outreach program is free but requires participants to register in advance.
