Gilded: A Healing Meditation
Summary
Join us for an Autumn Equinox healing event led by Alexandrea Lightfoot. The program begins on the rooftop with a personalized tarot card reading and healing guidance gift, and ends with a guided meditation inside the reception gallery surrounded by the museum's permanent collection of art. Participants should bring a yoga mat, plus a blanket or pillow for comfort.
