Sunset Sound Bath on the Rooftop with Morgan McManus
Summary
Using a combination of crystal singing bowls, shruti box, drumming, chimes, vocals and more, Morgan will guide you through a healing journey of sound. Dress cozy, bring a yoga mat, a pillow and blanket, your intention for healing and anything else you may need to be comfortable. Light refreshments and an Intention Journaling Prompt will be provided! Herbal eye pillows will be available for purchase at the event. Advanced registration encouraged!
