DESCRIPTION:Certified Bob Ross instructor Heather Alimonti will teach students the signature Bob Ross wet-on-wet style of oil painting, where wet paint is applied over a wet base coat of liquid white, black, clear, or black gesso. Working in layers from background to foreground, you’ll follow along in a structured, step-by-step process, using official Bob Ross brushes and paints, learning the correct methods of loading and holding the brushes, creating fluffy clouds, water reflections, happy evergreens, and mountains. You’ll take home a completed landscape scene on an official Bob Ross canvas, a certificate of instruction, and a photo op with a life-size cut out of the painter himself! This class will paint “Autumn Woods” on a 12x16 canvas featured in the Joy of Painting, Series 10, Episode 6. This is for all levels of artists, even if you’ve never painted before.
